Restoring the Help Icon in gnome-panel

Last time I installed a SuSE, there was some launchers for help in the
desktop.
There could be a tutorial or help with a launcher in the desktop.
Easy to delete for "tutorial, no thanks" users, and easy to find for
"please, help me" users.
