Use bogofilter instead of spamassassin in Evolution

the bogofilter patch uses evolution hooks for that: EMJunkHookTarget is
passed in each of the functions.
In em_junk_bf_report_junk() pipe_to_bogofilter() is called with
gchar *argv[] = { em_junk_bf_binary, "-s", NULL, NULL };
The bogofilter manpage says:
The -s option tells bogofilter to register the text presented as spam. The database is created if absent.
I hope that clarifies it a bit.
