Use bogofilter instead of spamassassin in Evolution

Faster and reliable ;-)
Also :
- no need to start a daemon at boot like SA does (at least on my computer)
-> a few ram saved and a boot a few faster
- Evolution seems very much responsive and quick. Start, close, IMAP
checking. It's maybe only the placebo effect in my mind ;-)
