It seems to me that the dialog should support direct key presses, so 'L' 
for Log out in addition to Alt-L. I know Alt-Key is standard in menus in 
applications, but here there is no typing window or other reason to 
insist on the modifier key. I've several times seen people just try to 
press the associated key.
