A new logout dialog (v2)

I've just had a look on a windows XP box, and they have a border around
the frame. I think it's worth trying because the current dialog is a bit
weird. Maybe we should also have a label/title on the top of the dialog 

I'm made a quick mockup from the current dialog with gimp, image
attached to the mail.

What do you think about that?
