But other launchers are different. First those 2 launchers are the only
ones configured by default, so that would be consistant. If an user come
to add a new launcher he'll add an application, not a function. The
preferred applications capplet doesn't have preference for other stuff,
excepted the command line (and we got a bug about that too saying that
changing this configuration doesn't change the menu item action),
anyway.

The mail icon is not specific to one mailer, we could do the same for
the browser one.
