Das ist ein bekannter Bug mit Anwendungen, die DOS-Systemaufrufe benutzen. Ein 
möglicher Hack ist

sudo sysctl -w vm.mmap_min_addr=0

wie auf

http://wiki.winehq.org/PreloaderPageZeroProblem

beschrieben. Unter

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wine/+bug/114025

ist der Bug auch schon im Launchpad gemeldet.

Ob der Hack funktioniert, weiß ich nicht, da ich keine Anwendung unter Wine 
benutze, wo der Bug auftritt. Aber einen Versuch ist es immerhin wert.
