Kompilieren von gimp-2.2.15

Da Du selbst kompilierst, gehe ich davon aus Du weißt was Du tust ;)

Wo auch immer Du gimp-print hininstalliert hast, die binarys sollten
in Deinen Pfad eingetragen werden. Dann kommst Du über diese
Fehlermeldung hinweg.
Oder Du konfigurierst mit --disable-print und kannst dann nicht drucken.

Das steht aber alles in der Fehlermeldung.
