Tastenkombination zum Neustart des X-Server veraendern

Hallo,

ich lösche oft ganze Wörter mit Ctrl+Backspace und dabei drücke ich
manchmal ausversehen auch Alt mit, was den X-Server ja abschießt. 

Lässt sich das umstellen, etwa auf Ctrl+Super+Backspace? Ich weiß ja,
das es sich zumindest abstellen lässt, auch wenn ich gerade vergessen
habe wo.
