ich habe jetzt auch mal nachgeschaut:

$ aptitude search rtorrent
 p   | 0.4.2-1    | rtorrent ....

das hier ist allerdings Dapper.

http://packages.ubuntu.com meint zu rtorrent in breezy allerdings auch:
"Can't find that package, at least not in that distribution and on that
architecture."
