java and the w32codecs seem to be gone from hoary-extras. Is there
another place to get these packages?

We've been contacted regarding legality of these packages. To save the
Team from legal issues, we've decided to remove them. We are currently
engineering other ways to provide these packages that do not suffer from
these issues.
