Folgendes hat bei mir geholfen:

root at trurl:/etc/apt # rm /var/lib/apt/lists/partial/*
root at trurl:/etc/apt # rm /var/lib/apt/lists/*
rm: Entfernen von „/var/lib/apt/lists/partial“ nicht möglich: Ist ein Verzeichnis
root at trurl:/etc/apt # apt-get clean
root at trurl:/etc/apt # apt-get update
