UbuntuCy website improvements discussion

As per Wordpress, there's a way of translating it via
LaunchPad<http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress_with_Launchpad>,
plus installing
WPML<http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/>does
the translation pretty well.
One thing left out - *design* issue.
