Ubuntu-cy website: New look

Just to let you know that I have uploaded the ubuntu-cy website at
http://www.ubuntucy.org :)

There are still some stuff to decide, i.e. the pictures and the files
hosting and how to integrate them. That's in the "TODO" list:
