I can definitely help run it.

I raised up a bit of discussion today at UOS (very basic). There are still several things we can discuss tomorrow on the roundtable and here in the ML.

In the case of mentors, it's not a 1-1 mentorship. It's a group of mentors for the entire org. Also, students assign themselves tasks, so we don't need to tell each one what to do. Any team who wants access would be given to the platform, and then they could post to get help with whatever they need. Finally, mentors oversee all the tasks of the org. Ideally, each mentor would oversee the tasks they publish, but if anything happens any other mentor can take over. Oh! I was forgetting. Tasks are simple things, such as 'fix this bug', or 'dump this small-ish db', things that have a low-medium difficulty. It's not a project they're working on, but several tasks inside a big organization.

If there's any questions I may be able to help, since I myself have participated during two years.

I love these programs and think it would be great for Ubuntu get
involved with one (whether it be a Code-in, or GSoC or Outreachy). But
we've always struggled to find mentors and administrators for the
program.

So I think the better question is:

Are there any volunteers who would like to run this? Two org admins
are required.
