Nononono! That's over-engineering!

This is a human problem, not a technical one. What we need is to reach 
consensus, a consensus about what would be the simplest way for most people.

And it seems that every scenario could have a different answer. What I 
do in these cases is to build the same example using various options, 
only then I judge what fits better.
