~mako's Ubuntu Membership does not expire

I'm not CC obviously but did serve in the Membership Council once upon a
time. I remember being told it's intentional because mako essentially
started the community and created membership.

My understanding is he like sabdfl have lifetime non-expiring membership
regardless of whether they contribute in the future.
