~mako's Ubuntu Membership does not expire

Hello Community Council!

When I was looking at the people with Ubuntu Membership, I noticed that
~mako's Ubuntu Membership never expires. Is this intentional, and if it
is not, would the Community Council be alright with me giving him an
expiration date?
