Help for Organizing Workshop (WWFS-FWD'2016 )

Hello,
             I am also one of the Ubuntu Women (UW) leaders and
recently a joint effort (involving Fedora Women (FW) and Arch Women)
for more activity was discussed in the arch women IRC list in
March-April'2016.

One of the things that came out of this was the proposal to celebrate
Fedora Women's Day on 15th July.

I decided to go ahead with a workshop idea that would really help in
improving the activity level of UW and FW

Speaker response has been excellent

Participation would be no problem (most of them are expected to be
undergraduate students and for many this would be a first exposure to
FLOSS ).

Since it is a dedicated workshop, we can expect a lot.

One of the issues that we are facing is that event budgets for Fedora
APAC should be submitted in previous financial year (am a Fedora
Ambassador, so I can apply) . This is likely to affect the workshop
(if we decide to over charge participants then participation may fall
a bit).

So basically I want some sponsorship for the workshop  and of course
DVDs, stickers etc.

PS. navigating the Ubuntu infrastructure is not straight forward/
