At the time you wrote that I believe IS were cleaning up a lot of the
spam. It can still be a little slow to login, which is something we
may not be able to do a lot about in the short term. Next step for IS
is to open up help.ubuntu.com/community and give it the same treatment
(authorisation via the ubuntu members & ubuntu etherpad groups). This
should give us back community editing, and allow us some breathing
space while we figure out the longer term plan for the wiki.
