Hello everyone,

The organization list has been announced and, unfortunately, Ubuntu is
not amongst the chosen organizations for this year's GSOC.

Even though we didn't make it, I really appreciate the efforts of
everyone who helped put together the application, and the willingness to
participate from all the mentors that signed up on the ideas page. It's
great to see how the community can get together for these kind of things.

Also, there are a lot of great organizations in that list. So make sure
to check them all out, at https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/organizations/

This is all for now, but we'll be back with so much more hopefully for
GCI and the next GSOC!
