Moving the Ubuntu Wiki to Mediawiki or something else

Hello everyone,

I like the idea of moving Ubuntu wiki to mediawiki but I have one idea
Instead of depending on some other platform why can't we make own own wiki
and upload it into github so that if other people want to change/add the
contents they can submit the PR and make the changes.
