Moving the Ubuntu Wiki to Mediawiki or something else?

What hasn't been brought up in the email thread yet is the potential 
work that needs to be done on themes if we decide to change the platform.

I acknowledge that this depends on the IS too, but practically, if we 
decide to migrate to any other platform, we will need some input from 
the UX/art team on whether they want/will create the theme or delegate 
it to somebody else.
