Celebrating 15.10 as a community

Hi Michael et al

I think this is a superb idea, and a long running G+ Hangout is a must, and I 
would definetly drop in to say Hurray!!.

Could we also start an Ubuntu Wily Collection on G+, and invite people to join 
the celebration with posts, pictures, you tube videos etc..
