A cordial street thief will smile as he takes all your money, laugh companionably as he stabs you in the eye, and wish
you a good day as he runs away.
A considerate street thief will leave you enough money for bus fare home, while explaining he needs the money to feed
his family because he hasn't been able to find work since he lost his eye to a cordial street thief.
The wording 'considerate' was chosen to clearly express an idea. It is the correct word to use.
