[gci-announce] Organization Applications now open for Google Code-in 2015

I think with deadline this week and not much effort put into an app the
likelihood of approval is slim. The process is pretty competitive.

Might be best to pass till next year and then you could even spend that
time talking to previous Ubuntu GSoC mentors.
