I love these programs and think it would be great for Ubuntu get
involved with one (whether it be a Code-in, or GSoC or Outreachy). But
we've always struggled to find mentors and administrators for the
program.

So I think the better question is:

Are there any volunteers who would like to run this? Two org admins
are required.
