[gci-announce] Organization Applications now open for Google Code-in 2015

Hey everyone,

I got this email today and believe this would be a great opportunity to get
fresh people in the community. What do you say?

As a little of background, Google Code-In is a Google contest where high
school students complete tasks for different Open Source organizations.
Usually they are between 13-17 years old.
