Hi Rick,

Thanks for pointing that out, we will correct the document shortly.

I've talked to Michelle and forwarded you privately the e-mail she sent on
the 29th February confirming the approval of the request. Looking at the
headers, I understand it was sent to the right e-mail address, so you might
want to check your inbox or spam folder at your end to see if you indeed
received it back then.

As it had been originally approved, the purchase order was raised and we
registered it as spend on the document we use to track donation requests.
As Michelle did not hear from you, no money was transferred in the end, but
the request was mistakenly still registered as spent. This is the part we
need to fix on the donations report.
