Canonical’s IPRights Policy incompatible with Ubuntu licence policy

There's been suggestions to contact Canonical, and specifically the 
trademark and legal teams. Since the start of the discussion, has anyone 
tried to reach them? Can anyone try? Otherwise, we have this list in 
vain, since the suggestions given are not being taken.
