This is interesting, I never knew about this page, I've always used
the presentations section of spreadubuntu.org:

http://spreadubuntu.org/en/get-materials/presentation

The site could use some love[0] (a bit tricky to navigate and find
things sometimes), but it expects a license, and source (like .odp)
and standard consumable (like .pdf) uploads, which is nice for those
of us who download and modify the presentations. It also has
descriptions for presentations and ability to update your materials.
