Suggestions for Ubuntu Governance: Reboot?

Hi everyone,

I think that LoCo could have a role to play to explain how the Community
works, how can we help. The advantage is that is more efficiency to begin
with a "real human" to explain.

I probably never been on Ubuntu ML if I hasn't met French LoCo in the first
place. Contributing with people I know IRL was more easy to me.

Maybe the CC could send to the LoCo the needs for the LoCo to recrute

Cheers
Winael
