Governance : A newbie's suggestions

Dear people,

I have created a launchpad page. It is at

Frankly speaking, I have no clue why I should be making a launchpad project
for a project where videos are created or who will approve youtube videos
or creation of website newbie.ubuntu.com or what the governance team is or
should i advertize my launchpad page or not or nothing.

Looking forward to some guidance and help.
