Just a FYI, his LoCo is pretty much dead and I heard that they once 
forced on translations.  I spoke to Gustavo and he said that he doesn't 
want to do that. Though I would like to suggest that he speaks to his 
LoCo's point of contact and/or leader to see if he can help the LoCo to 
live again and create new projects.
