No me parece tan difícil de hacer, podríamos lograr realizar ese acuerdo, después de todo Ubuntu ya tiene acuerdos similares, por ejemplo ciertos drivers restricted y el logo y nombre de Mozilla Firefox... por citar unos pocos e importantes.
<br><br>Además, si en el país no rigen aún las patentes se puede incluir el soporte mp3 a modo de trancisión y le explicamos al usuario al importancia de dejar atrás ese formato y pasarse a uno libre como ogg, y le facilitamos la posibilidad de hacerlo.
<br><br>Ahora bien, el que el usuario posea o no archivos en mp3 o en ogg, flac, mp4, swf, incluso wav... copias de originales, bajados de la red, torrenteados, emuleados, regalados, comprados en el centro, ripeados a un amigos, grabados desde emisora, ¡grabados en el bus!... ya es otro asunto legal que no depende del formato empleado...
