[ Ubuntu-cm ] Suggestions of a good Computer Science programs in Cameroon for an anglophone?

Hi all,

My name is Matthew from SIL Cameroon (maintainer of the Cameroon 
Keyboard) and I participated in a couple of Ubuntu Cameroon events a 
long while ago.

A colleague's son is looking for a good anglophone-friendly university 
in Cameroon for computer science. I don't have those connections as I 
mainly work with linguistics departments. Anyone here have any suggestions?
