Hi Franck,

If I understand correctly, you want to have a tool like MMC and provide a
group policy such as Windows.
To my knowledge, there is no such tool under linux. If you want to
configure and control activities on computers, you can use Opscode Chef[1],
Puppet[2] or CFengine[3].
