[ubuntu-cloud] Broken recent Vagrant box for Precise

Ivan,

Thank you kindly for the note. I've fixed and tested reverting the 3.8
kernel. What happen is that linux-hwe-current was updated to the Trusty
kernel. I've pinned it to the 3.8 kernel moving forward for 12.04.
