[ubuntu-cloud] Listing vagrant boxes on Vagrant Cloud

Just need to have someone create an account named "Ubuntu" on the site and
add the images to it.  (As of right now, it looks like the name already
exists <https://vagrantcloud.com/ubuntu> - if it's not by someone official,
I would guess that an email to Hashicorp would help straighten that out.)

That site is maintained by GitHub Pull Requests.  I and others have taken
care of this<https://github.com/garethr/vagrantboxes-heroku/commit/0aae2192dc54f3aff7f30776e8d91df74f344cf2>before,
but anyone can do it.
