[ubuntu-cloud] wiki openstack doc vs openstack official doc

hi all

we know, openstack using ubuntu, and they also create their own doc (
http://docs.openstack.org/havana/install-guide).

and we have wiki also wiki.ubuntu.com

any idea where is the docs that we can follow and what will happen with
future wiki in ubuntu, for openstack,

so we can keep update both work
