[ubuntu-cloud] New GPG key for Ubuntu Cloud Images

All,

Starting today, we will be signing the Ubuntu Cloud Images [1] using a
new GPG key [2]. The reason for switching to the new key is that is has
been signed by the Ubuntu Archive key. The "ubuntu-cloudimage-keyring"
was updated via SRU on 2013-09-18 with this new key [3].
