[ubuntu-cloud] Offline installation

Hi All

HAppy NEw YEar

this mid january, I will teach to 30 teachers about UbuntuCloud and
also install CloudFoundry in Ubuntu, they are represent of 26 counties
in West Java.

The problem with our country, the internet is bad, and we think to
create an offline material to make we can teach them, and they can
practice in offline mode.

We have Ubuntu Offline repository, but we still new in Chef,

anyone can help?
