[ubuntu-cloud] Ubuntu on Azure

John,

We develop (and deliver) in the open. The cloud-images on Azure are there
for your use/inspection.

There have been a number of backported Hyper-v features that have gone in
to support functionality on request but all of these already appear in the
most recent kernels.

If you want more specific information, please provide which version of
Ubuntu you are running (and of course ensure you have dist-upgraded to the
latest/greatest bits for whatever release you are using.)

You can also of course file bugs against Ubuntu (but please provide as much
info as possible if you do using the attachment feature for any logs/data).
