[ubuntu-cloud] 13.04 Call for Ubuntu Server/Cloud Topics

Regards, Robbie and Dave. It would be nice to see first which are the 
best ideas in the Ubuntu Brainstorm focused on Ubuntu Cloud/Server.
What do you think?
