[ubuntu-cloud] Cloud Image 12.04.1 LTS (Precise Pangolin) [20120822] Released

A new release of the Ubuntu Cloud Images for stable Ubuntu
release 12.04.1 LTS  (Precise Pangolin) is available at [1]. These new
images
superseded the existing images [2]. Images are available for download or
immediate use on EC2 via publish AMI ids. Users who wish to update their
existing installations can do so with:
   'apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade && reboot'.

With this release, HVM images are now available in the Amazon AWS
us-west-2 region.

The Linux kernel was updated from 3.2.0-27.43 [3] to 3.2.0-29.46 [4]

CVE Updates:
  * expat
   - Denial of service via memory leak (CVE-2012-1148)
 * krb55
   - KDC heap corruption and crash vulnerabilities
          (CVE-2012-1015, CVE-2012-1014)
   - denial of service in kadmind (CVE-2012-1013)
   - insufficient ACL checking on get_strings/set_string (CVE-2012-1012)
