[ubuntu-cloud] US-West-2 AMI Availability

On 2011-11-08, Amazon announced the availability of a new AWS Region,
US-West-2 in Portland, Oregon [1]. We are pleased to announce that all
currently supported Ubuntu cloud images are available for use. In the
next few days we will be turning on daily builds in US-West-2.

You can find the complete AMI list for US-West-2 at [2]. Alternatively
users using Oneiric can use the "ubuntu-cloudimg-query" tool [3], which
uses a machine consumable format [4] or use the Amazon EC2 API Tools [5].
