Eric,

I just moved it back to the "Incomplete" status it had before.  Please 
note that Incomplete means that we are waiting for additional info from 
the reporter, or, in this specific case, it seems that Jeremy is waiting 
for some action from Scott or someone else to test an upstream kernel.

I think you should be able to change bug status, unless it is linked to 
some empowerment I did not know I had ;)
