[ubuntu-cloud] UEC and Elastic IP's

Hi All,

I'm getting a problem when trying to map an elastic ip to an instance. I'm
using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS with the stock eucalyptus packages.

Using hybridfox and selecting an IP with instance ID "nobody" I first get
this message:

"Address 192.168.94.181 is already mapped to an instance, are you sure?"

On clicking OK I get a fault Code: Address and this message

"Permission denied while trying to release address: 192.168.94.181"

Any pointers or ideas?
