Can you ping 192.168.0.30 ?  Seems like you wouldn't be able to.
Did you NAT the Node(s) through the cloud controller per the EUCA beginners
guide ?
If so the most immediate way to access them initially may be to ssh to the
cloud controller, then from there to an instance.
