[ubuntu-cloud] cant ssh

Dear all.
I have configured UEC with ubuntu 10.4 server edition
Every thing is fine, instance is running, but I cant ssh the VM instance

whey I give " ssh -i  ~/.euca/mykey,priv ubuntu at 192.168.0.30 "

I get the error message " ssh: connect to host 192.168.0.30: no route to
host"

Please help me how to resolve the problem
